Contact summary
On May 1, we completed the final reorganization of the Integrated Service Center (ISC), moving:
- The frontline Employee Workday Services team and the Human Capital Management (HCM) Operations team into UW Human Resources, in close partnership with OAP for academic personnel, and
- The Payroll team into Finance, Planning and Budgeting.
The best way to get answers to your Workday questions related to payroll, benefits or HR is to complete the Contact Us form; the form directly generates a case in our support system, bypassing email entirely.
While the ischelp@uw.edu email address has been disabled, to aid in the transition, three new email addresses have been created depending on the nature of your query:
